T. Zachary Horton

Associate

Zach Horton brings a rare blend of first-principles reasoning and real-world fluency to Torridon’s litigation and regulatory practice. His work spans complex, high-stakes matters across appellate, antitrust, administrative, constitutional, commercial, and white-collar defense arenas.

Before joining Torridon, Zach practiced at a leading international law firm in Washington, D.C., where he handled a broad litigation portfolio—including federal appeals, private arbitration, and investigations—across a wide range of industries.

Zach began his career in finance, working at two leading global firms in investment banking and hedge fund strategy. This experience grounds his legal approach in deep market awareness and practical understanding of corporate dynamics—an advantage that he brings to every engagement.

His legal scholarship has been cited in federal appellate opinions, and he was recognized with top academic honors both at Columbia Law School and Princeton University.
