Robert Paduchik is President of Agincourt Consultants, a public affairs firm that provides advocacy services for the executive and legislative branches of government in Washington, D.C., and the state of Ohio. He served as Chairman of the Ohio Republican Party from 2021 to 2023 and was elected Co-Chairman of the Republican National Committee from 2017 to 2019.
He is regarded as an expert in energy policy serving five years as an executive for an electricity trade organization. Mr. Paduchik was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary of Intergovernmental, External and Indian Affairs to the US Department of Energy by President George W. Bush.
Mr. Paduchik served as a senior advisor to President Donald J. Trump during his 2020 and 2024 campaigns. He also managed successful campaigns for Ohio’s electoral votes for President Trump in 2024, 2020 and 2016, as well as President George W. Bush in both 2004 and 2000. He ran Senator Rob Portman’s campaign in 2010 and has worked on numerous statewide Ohio campaigns for the past 39 years. Mr. Paduchik is recognized by many political professionals as one of the “outstanding campaign managers in America” and an expert in campaign strategy and tactics.
He is active in his community as a member of the Ohio Military Reserve and a board member of the Fraternal Order of Police of Ohio Foundation. Robert Paduchik lives in Genoa Township, Ohio and is a veteran of the United States Army.
