Matt J. Bendisz

Associate

Matt Bendisz focuses on complex litigation and appellate matters. He draws on his federal clerkship experience to bring a thoughtful and analytical approach to every case he handles.

Before joining Torridon, Matt clerked for the Honorable S. Kyle Duncan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Timothy J. Kelly on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Matt graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Supervising Editor for the Harvard Law Review. He was recognized for his excellence in legal writing and advocacy as a member of the winning team in the prestigious Ames Moot Court Competition. He also served as an Executive Editor and an Articles Advisor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, and he co-led the Catholic Law Students Association as Co-President.

Matt’s other experiences include interning with the Solicitor General at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, working at a leading law firm in Washington, D.C., and volunteering with the Special Education Law Clinic at Notre Dame Law School.
