John McNichols is a partner at Torridon Law and an Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the Antonin Scalia Law School. He focuses his practice in trial litigation, with emphasis in high-stakes commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.
He has tried multiple cases in both state and federal court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has also arbitrated cases before the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the American Arbitration Association. John is a former member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the DC Bar and a former Associate Editor of ABA Litigation News, having authored more than twenty published articles. He also clerked for a year for Judge T. S. Ellis III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
