Charles Park is an Associate at Torridon Law PLLC. Charles leverages his extensive experience in both the public and private sectors to help clients navigate complex legal, regulatory, and policy issues that are highly scrutinized and rapidly evolving.
Prior to joining Torridon Law PLLC, he served in key roles in the federal government, including as Deputy General Counsel for Energy Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy and Chief Counsel for the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources. In these senior roles, Charles provided strategic counsel to Cabinet-level officials and Members of Congress on a wide range of energy and natural resources issues, including drafting legislation, statutory and regulatory implementation, permitting, and interagency coordination.
In the private sector, Charles held multiple leadership positions at Golden Pass LNG, LLC, including Counsel, Assistant Secretary to the Board, and Director of Public and Government Affairs. His work helped guide the company through key phases of growth by providing executive-level support on LNG project development, operations, regulatory compliance, and overseeing corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.
